LIVE-IN POSITION SOUGHT: Mature, responsible, experienced single female available to house-sit /pet-sit your property during your EXTENDED absence. Currently a writer, I am engaged in final edits and rewrites of a work of fiction that will be submitted for publication in late fall 2015. My professional credentials include:
--Twenty years of working in the fashion industry in Paris.
--Lifelong experience with home building, property management, and home renovation.
--Rehab and construction of high-end homes in Paris and the US.
--Four years as a top-producing luxury Realtor in the NY area.
--Certified home staging expert.
--Award-winning landscape designer with extensive gardening experience.
--Director and co-founder of a 501(c)3 non-profit charity that worked with the US House & Senate to pass a bill granting aid to the health victims of the September 11th World Trade Center disaster.
--Long-time equestrian with horse care experience.
--Long-time dog and cat owner, with medical and special needs experience.
