My husband and I are going to travel to Arizona to visit our youngest son who lives there and is 19, and then take a vacation ourselves to Las Vegas. Our oldest son who is 23 lives at our house and works, but is not very responsible with taking care of the house; watering plants, ensuring lights are turned off and doors are locked, he often has friends over without our permission and we are afraid he will have a big party while we are gone. We want a mature individual or couple to watch our house, water the plants, bring in the newspapers and the mail, feed our 4 cats and aqaurium of goldfish, and most importantly, prevent our 23 year old son from having any parties while we are gone.
