3/2 concrete block house in a quiet, safe sub-division conveniently located mile from Publix shopping center. 15 minutes to Brandon Mall and movie theatre. Lots of restaurants. 1 hour to Gulf Beaches. 20 minutes to historic Ybor City and downtown Tampa. 1 hour/20 min to Disney/Epcot. 3 car garage with room for 2 cars, Central AC. Washer/Dryer, master bedroom has a queen sleep number bed and guest bedroom has a full pillow top mattress. Office has a futon couch. Master bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub. Cable TV with tv's in all rooms. Wireless internet access. Privacy backyard with wood deck. 4 cats and 1 small dog who have their own pet doors so that they potty outside. All the animals are extremely loving and affectionate, and need to be fed, watered, petted, and loved. Plants need to be watered at times. I'm a raw food vegan, practice composting and recycling, and live a very healthy lifestyle. There's a county owned park behind my fence that is perfect for hikes or bicycling. There are also 2 female bicycles available for your use. Please contact me if you are available May 30th through June 7th. If not, let me know if you are interested in sitting any time in the future.
