We cater for all Homes, Properties 4 Sale, Lodges, Beachouses & Backcountry Retreats, Downtown Apartments, Lofts, Warehouse Conversions, Penthouses, Rural Cabins, B&Bs, Yachts, and more.
- Available to assist absentee property owners nationwide and also in Canada and Mexico. See attached overview Colorado sit assignment image which includes us out cycling and Mag with the owners' German Shepherd outside their renovated house. We've completed numerous repeat stints at this property since our initial one year long assignment back in 2002/2003. There's also a snowy springtime image of us out exploring the Colorado Rockies in our Land Rover on a 4x4 trail near Leadville at around 9,400 ft. Quite a contrast to our immediate previous lengthy assignment on the Sunshine Coast, of sub-tropical Queensland, Australia.
- We're currently finishing off yet another repeat assignment at the sub-tropics Australia assignment, securing this state of the art home in the Noosa hinterlands of Queensland. This Queensland passive solar design home is perched on a ridge high above the Mary Valley catchment area. An open-plan layout offering breath-taking panoramic views. Aussie bush tranquillity meets face-on with cutting-edge design and home automation technology at this energy-smart home. Our property presentation skills were well tested with 'presentation' being the primary reason we were on duty here back in 2013 as the property was up for sale for owners who had relocated to their Utah ski condo. No surprise, the property sold! By referral of those home-owners, we now assist the new owners by holding fort while they take repeated global travels, knowing their property is in capable hands. - Before this was a striking Sunshine Coast home with killer deck views, along with an Irish Wolfhound and an Australian Shepherd for most entertaining company. The owners were chilling out lakeside in Northern Italy.
- Before there, a quality back country sitting assignment, for owners touring outback Australia for 3 months in their 4x4.
- Before that, a peaceful home in the wilds of the Peak District of England.
- A Denver Colorado home for 12 months duration while the owner worked back East. This multiple repeat assignment included caring for a delightful German Shepherd - he simply adored his lakeside walks in local Washington Park, as well as joining us on our high altitude back country hikes in the Colorado Rockies. You can see this pitch black dog (sadly since deceased in 2010) ready to head for the trails in the back of our Land Rover Discovery in the attached snowy 'Colorado' image.
- A False Creek, Vancouver, Canada condo for an owner working temporarily back east in Montreal. Waterfront walks were our daily routine here before returning for breakfast on the expansive 6th floor balcony.

Early morning dawn hikes along the nearby Boyne Canal rewarded us with the enormous spectacle of Newgrange, a 5,000 year old Earthen Tomb. One of many along the northern banks of the Boyne River on east coast Ireland. This Neolithic structure offers an inspiring perspective of the sun, come the Winter Solstice sunrise over Ireland.
