Pet Sitting Business and Housesitting Locally

Have my own Pet Sitting Business which includes house sitting for people on long vacations, have two homes and spend part of year in other location, I do overnighters, have stayed in homes that were for sale and having hard time selling, people moved out of area and need someone to stay with home till sold, I have even signed their real estate docs at the sale for them (forgot the real name of this - I think it is attorney in fact). I've been a caretaker & done property management, have managed households in absnce of homeowners to include getting in vendors for repairs if necessary. I'm a responsible, neat & orderly.
I've cared for animals & homes of all sorts from farms to apartments.
