We are a responsible, adventurous, non-smoking, non-drinking, hard working, Christian family looking for a creative way to spend an extended amount of time in/around the New York City area. I have 2 years experience as a nanny/house sitter. Some twenty years ago, I was a nanny/house sitter for an affluent family in Roswell , GA. We remain as close as family to this day and would be more than happy to provide a reference for you. We understand how important it is to have someone who is completely trustworthy, clean, conscientious and responsible looking after your home (pets, plants, etc.). In fact, we will also have a close family friend looking after our pets and 4000 sq ft executive style home just north of Atlanta while we are gone. Because we Home school, we are not bound by a set school calendar and would be available year-round. This is a unique situation and unique opportunity for us and yourself as house sitter and home owners. We look forward to hearing from you! I am also a published author and 12-yr Cancer survivor. My husband of 22 years is retired from a twenty year career in law enforcement and then twenty years in retail management in the automotive industry. We have a strong work ethic. Our 12-yr-old son has recently been scouted by a NYC based talent agency, so we need to spend at least a month to three months at a time in NY/NJ to attend auditions and pursue further development. He is very well mannered, intelligent young man who absolutely loves animals.
