Own house currently but wold like to be near family.

Good Morning:

I am interested in house/industrial-sitting for the coming fall/winter. I would be willing to provide some security/light maint. I enjoy remote and long term as possible.

I am a veteran, retired with my wife, also retired, and a ten year old grandson who is home-schooled and a computer nut. We also have a dog, Demon, who is willing to also provide security. We love all animals and would be glad to have them as part of our family.

Non-smokers/drinkers. We like to garden if it is ok. My wife and I are both experienced in the care and use of small machinery to take care of property. Mowers, tillers, etc. We will care for them and keep them clean and sharp.

We currently live in Texas and own our own home here, but have family in Charlotte, North Carolina and desire to live in an area within driving distance of there.
