I am a 53 year old "empty nester" and would like to house sit, since my children and grandchildren don't live near me, and my husband is very busy with work, etc. I enjoy working on genealogy and history projects. I don't mind being alone at all, I'm clean, neat, and can watch over your home as if it were mine. I actually do have a really nice home already. It's just this empty nest syndrome that bothers me, and so I'd like to get away and have a different environment for a change. No legal problems, no bad habits, no major hindrances to me performing as a good caretaker of your home.
