I am a retired mechanical engineer and licensed general contractor.
I am very active, love outdoors, have been in Alaska numerous times (hunting and fishing) and I would love to move in Alaska however before I purchase property I would like to test myself if I can stand the winter season.
I will not only house sit, I can provide up-keeping and maintenance/repair of plumbing, electrical systems... and so on.
I love pets, specially dogs, cats and horses.
I will pass any criminal and drug test. Also I have references to confirm my trustworthiness.
