*We like to spend as much time on the coast as possible, and are happy to take excellent care of your home, pets, and garden, in exchange for some time to relax by the sea.

*We manage, and live in, a 16 unit apartment building in East Oakland. We do small repairs around the building, oversee subcontractors working on bigger projects, help find new tenants, and keep the apartment community clean and safe.

*Because we are building managers, our ability to take long or far-away vacations is limited. We like house sitting on the coast between Santa Cruz and Sonoma County because it let's us take a break from apartment life, but one of us can always dash back to Oakland should an issue arise at the apartment.

*We are honest, communicative, and easy going.
