My name is Karen Harrelson, 58yo, 5'6' 146 lbs. I have 4 grown children, 3 boys and 1 girl. Two boys ages 24 and 25, and boy/girl twins ages 20. Twins are in school in Athens,Ga. Oldest son has just bought his first home and 24yo son is married with a 31/2 yo daughter.
I graduated from Atlantic State University (previously Armstrong State) in Savannah, GA. I am a Respiratory Therapist by education and have done many jobs in the medical field. Including hospital work at Piedmont and Northside (years ago), reach search drug study work, elementary school nurse for 81/2 years. Currently work part time as a counselor at the YMCA.
Hobbies are reading, yard work (flowers), swimming, biking short distances, and spending time with Lilianna, my granddaughter.
I am married to a great man. In the last few years we have had our differences about raising our children.. He's an enabler and I am not, hence, children divide and conquer. We have no other issues. Something about grown children being enabled has taken a toll on me and I feel the need to get away for a while.
I am honest, trustworthy, have integrity and live my life by the 10 commandments. I could do a good job at most anyone's home as long as the demands are reasonable and tolerable to my part time working schedule (2:00-6:00pm). Work location is off of Medlock Bridge Road.
