Corporate executive husband's job promotion to Manhattan from Annapolis MD; UM Master Gardener, Permaculture Designer and retired clinical social worker wife wants to garden/beekeep/volunteer in area; gracious AP High School daughter seeks equally responsible local friends. Can't believe we are relocating so fast to the NYC area, need smooth transition while house selling here/hunting there. Can manage your property and gardens with attention to detail for 1-2 years. We also happen to be non-smokers & non-drinkers. We do have 2 pets: a 6-pound crate-and-house -trained 4yo Maltese-mini-poodle mix, and a small budgie/parakeet in a cage. Willing to care for your pets or small livestock, especially beehives.
MUST reside in an excellent high school district within reasonable train commute to Manhattan. Garden a plus.
