I recently left teaching in the School of Music at the University of Florida. I have a beautiful home in Gainesville, Florida in a TND community called Town of Tioga. I am a violinist and plan to come to Madison to teach private Suzuki violin in a studio. I do not want to rent a place or buy at this time, but would like to first try living in the area. I have several friends who live in Madison. The current community I live in is similar to Middleton Hills in Middleton, Wi.
