We are under contract to build a home in Longmont CO. Estimated completion time Sept-October. Reality says December. We hope to sell & close our present home in Jefferson County CO by the end of July 2013.
We are high school sweethearts from the Boston area. I am a retired US Army Officer & successful business owner. My spouse is a retired Administrator for a pharmaceutical company. We have 3 children & 5 grandchildren. We have owned our own homes since 1975 in 3 states. We are totally aware of the care required to be trusted with care taking of another family's home. Are only flaw cited by our Colorado friends is that we remain diehard Boston Red Sox & NE Patriots fans. So be it. References available upon request.
