I am a fully Qualified Soccer coach in my mid/late thirties, newly relocated in the LA / S.F. valley area. I have been staying with friends for a while, & am now looking for my own quiet, clean living space. I am working for a UK company who hold soccer camps for kids across the LA region throughout the Spring, Summer, & fall.
I am employed on a full time basis, & Ideally, I would like to find a decent sized furnished room or a small guest house with it's own amenities.
I am a respectful, tidy, educated, single professional, & I'm willing to offer private Soccer lessons, in order to supplement an affordable rent.
