-I live in an apartment in Midtown, Kansas City and am known as the package rescuer. The mail guy will drop packages that are too big to fit into the mailbox onto the floor of our lobby. There are a few thieves around here (I'll never understand why they do it). So I take them directly to the tenant, or if they're not home, I take it to my apt and slide a note under their door for later pickup.
-The IRS loves me because I report all my server tips. I've been made fun of by my comrades for it, but one of the girls stopped laughing when she tried to purchase a car and couldn't prove her income. I would be able to purchase a car. High-five for honesty!
-I love dogs and cats, but in this season in my life, owning one would be unfair to it. So if you have a pet, I'll be a happy camper!
-I don't spend a lot of time watching tv, so if you have a complicated entertainment setup, you won't have to worry about me pushing wrong buttons and confusing you when you get home.
-I value cleanliness. I hate dishes piled up and I sweep my hardwood floors almost every morning. I'm shocked at how much shoes will bring in!
-I'm not a professional house cleaner, but if you need me to do some basic cleaning while you're gone, I'm open to it for an extra fee.
