I am a very nice guy, happy to simply sit and talk with people and get along with everyone.
With my work, I sometimes require a get away to simply work on whatever book I may be writing. I find it easier to complete my work on time when I am not having to compensate for someone else's schedule.
I also like to travel and meet new people - so that is another reason I enjoy house sitting.
